Welcome to The Loan Bazzar, a loan marketplace operated by MAHADEV FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LLP. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our Role

The Loan Bazzar is a loan facilitation platform. We introduce customers to RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs. We are not a lender. Final loan terms, interest rates, fees, and approval decisions are made solely by the lending partner you apply with.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information in all forms and applications.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Scrape, copy, or misuse our content without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

Applications & Referrals

When you click “Apply” on a lender, you will be redirected to the official lender website. Your relationship for the loan is directly with that lender. We are not responsible for the lender’s decisions, processing time, or customer service after redirection.

Partner / DSA Program

DSA partners who join our network receive UTM tracking links and MIS reports as per our partner program terms communicated during onboarding. Commission structures and payouts are governed by separate partner agreements.

Fees

Applying through The Loan Bazzar is free for customers. Lenders may charge their own processing fees as per their policies.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on this website are owned by MAHADEV FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LLP or used under licence. You may not reproduce them without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Loan Bazzar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. See our Disclaimer for additional details.

Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
